My clients can expect a dedicated service that is tailored to their individual needs and takes into account their current fitness level and the level they wish to achieve. Working together we will find the right pace for you and create a easy to follow plan for both during your training sessions and beyond. I encourage my clients to be creative and use their fitness programmes as a way to have fun as well as get fit. In addition to the usual qualifications, I am a registered member of the UKA (United Kingdom Athletics); the governing body for athletics and enjoy all types of sport in my spare time. I believe wholeheartedly in a holistic approach to fitness and in my experience this leads to my clients getting the most from their personal training sessions. Keeping both the mind and body focused can be hard to do, but it’s essential if you are going to reach your true fitness potential.
