Boot Camp Fitness Class Bodies in Action Boot Camps incorporate PE style drills with running training. These sessions, held on London’s Putney Common, bring you the very best drills for improving endurance, cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Your body will receive a pounding and it will be pushed to its limits. That will really get your inspiration and your perspiration going!Everyone is only expected to achieve his or her personal goals, based on their own fitness level.
