If you fancy taking your fitness up a notch, join the new Bodies in Action Triathlon class!

We hold these sessions on Sunday mornings from 8.30am to 10.00am around Putney and Richmond Park. The session focuses on sport-specific training for running and cycling, alongside circuit training, to help ensure that you’re both fit AND strong. This is crucial for those competing in triathlons and working hard to achieve a good time.

Even if you’re not planning to compete in a triathlon, this is an excellent way to improve your fitness. Everyone is encouraged to participate and everyone is welcome!

The class is open to all ability levels; however, you’ll need to be a confident bike rider. As long as you can ride without the aid of stabilisers, are able to drink water while riding, can indicate and feel confident in traffic, you’ll be fine! The aim of the session is overall training, not specifically a cycling class, so it is best suited to those interested in varied training and triathlons, rather than dedicated cycle racers.

Sessions will last for 90 minutes and will include cycling and running around Putney and Richmond. As with all Bodies in Action classes, we will take regular breaks and sessions can be adapted according to size and skill level.

For those of you who wish to join in but feel some additional one-to-one training could be useful beforehand, I can help you gain greater cycling skills and confidence.
